• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
• Demo requests: the phone number you enter.
• Job applications: the details and documents you submit with an application, such as your CV.
• Chat assistant: the questions you type into the chat widget.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring website, collected through Google Analytics 4 when you allow it (see Cookies below).
• Server logs: IP address, time and requested URL, kept by our hosting servers for security and troubleshooting.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. Analytics storage is switched off by default. If you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner, analytics cookies are enabled. If you decline or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set, although Google may receive limited, cookieless signals that it uses for aggregate modelling.

We also store your cookie choice and whether you have seen our demo prompt in your browser's local storage. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries (for example hosting, email delivery and analytics providers such as Google), and where required by law. These providers may process data outside India.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards. Job application data is kept for the recruitment process and for a reasonable period after it.

The website is served over HTTPS, and we apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect the data we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or erase it, to withdraw consent you have given, and to raise a grievance. Email us at info@cybergrid.in and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also withdraw analytics consent by clearing this site's data in your browser.

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
